As an educational designer and researcher, Dr. Amy Scatliff has worked within education for 20 years exploring creativity and how people build their learning around what they love. Amy began her career helping build new degree programs at the University of Minnesota. She studied Visualization at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She earned her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Change (ELC). She conducts research with learning tools coming from the discipline, Positive Psychology, that offers innovative theories and methods for learners who want to create an effective learning system that is individualized to their needs and interests. She is originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
