Transfer Credit

At Nossi College of Art and Design, our goal is to make transferring credits as easy and seamless as possible. We know you have a lot of questions - what credits will transfer? Will I receive any Financial Aid? What does Nossi's curriculum look like? What is Nossi's placement rate?

Getting Started

The process to get started is easy! At the bottom of this page, you will find an Ask a Question tab and a Schedule Your Visit tab. Feel free to ask any questions you have or schedule a tour that fits your schedule by picking the exact time and day that is most convenient for you. Consider bringing a copy of your unofficial transcript to talk transfer credits.

Transferring Credits Disclosure

You should obtain confirmation that Nossi College of Art and Design will accept any credits you have earned at another educational institution before you execute an enrollment contract or agreement. You should also contact any educational institutions where you may want to transfer credits earned at Nossi College of Art and Design to determine if such institutions will accept credits earned at Nossi prior to executing an enrollment contract or agreement. The ability to transfer credits from Nossi College of Art and Design to another educational institution may be limited. If you need help with transferring credits, please get in touch with our Registrar for Nossi College of Art and Design at 615.514.2787. We are happy to discuss this process with you.

Credits may or may not transfer, and you may have to repeat courses if you enroll in another educational institution. You should never assume that credits will transfer to or from any educational institution. It is highly recommended, and you are advised to make certain, that you know the transfer credit policy of Nossi College of Art and Design and of any other educational institutions you may want to transfer to in the future before executing an enrollment contract or agreement.

PROGRAMS WE OFFER

When visiting our campus, our admissions team will see which credits you have available and see which ones are available to transfer. We can start with an unofficial transcript, but we will need an official transcript before enrolling. This allows you to know how many credit hours you have left to complete a bachelor's degree from Nossi College of Art and Design. We have five art degree programs that keep students current with technology and career trends in Photography, Videography & Filmmaking, Illustration Technologies, Graphic Design, and Culinary Arts. Click on the programs above to view our curriculum, and career opportunities, and view faculty members.

During your campus tour (schedule your campus tour here), you will also be able to discuss finances with our Financial Aid Office, who can easily walk you through this process.

Career services

In addition to relevant curriculum and instructors still active in their field, it’s good to know we take care of our alumni as well. When you graduate from Nossi, you will have LIFETIME access to the career services office, which helps students in a variety of needs including locating college jobs, internships, freelance opportunities, networking, and creative career options as well.

Need help with mentoring or networking or do you have any questions? Call us at 1-615-514-2787. Learn more about Kirk Denney, Director of Talent Development & Acquisition, and how our Career Services Office can help you become a successful creative professional.
