>Constitution Day

The U.S. Department of Education’s Notice of Implementation (Federal Register/Vol. 70, No. 99/Tuesday, May 24, 2005), requires all educational institutions receiving federal funding to provide an educational program pertaining to the United States Constitution beginning on September 17, 2005. September 17th is the date which commemorates the 1787 signing of the Constitution. During the years when September 17th occurs on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the program must be held during either the preceding or following week. The school observes Constitution Day in accordance with the guidance provided by the Department of Education.

Nossi College Honors Constitution Day
On September 17, our Vice President for Academic Affairs connects with all faculty members teaching that day, informs them about Constitution Day, activities they can celebrate during the day, links to information materials, and a quiz for all students to complete.

>VA Reporting Fee

It is the policy of Nossi College of Art & Design to follow the regulation in Law 111-377 set forth by the Veterans Education Assistance Act of 2011. Nossi College uses the reporting fees solely for the making of certifications required under chapters 31,34, or 35 or for otherwise supporting programs for veterans

>VA Enrollment Verification

Effective August 1, 2021, Public Law (P.L.) 116-315, Section 1010 added enrollment
verification requirements for schools and beneficiaries using the Post-9/11 GI Bill (chapter 33).
All Post-9/11 GI Bill (chapter 33). beneficiaries enrolled at Institutions of Higher
Learning must verify their enrollment status each month to continue receiving their monthly
housing allowance (MHA) and/or kicker payments.
