William has been married for 34+ years and is the father of two sons, one daughter, and two grandchildren all of whom are the love of his life! He is deeply
devoted to his faith and actively serves in several local volunteer experiences. William has owned two businesses and currently is a Senior Strategist for People & Talent Optimization at RAA Consulting. William has over 20 years of experience in higher education and has passionately dedicated his career to transforming the learning experience for both undergraduate and graduate students. Through innovative teaching strategies and a commitment to active learning, he has consistently modeled a student-centered approach to teaching. As well, by fostering an interactive classroom environment where students feel empowered to share their ideas, he has cultivated a vibrant learning community that encourages collaboration and critical thinking.
