Q: What is your goal after graduating form Nossi College of Art & Design? A: I plan to continue my culinary education, with a focus on baking, by working in the field. Later in life, when I feel financially and personally prepared, I hope to open my own bakery/cafe in the image of the business plan I've spent the last 2 years preparing with the help of my instructors at Nossi.
Q: Looking back, what is one piece of advice you would give yourself on your first day of art college? A: Don't get so caught up in the details. It doesn't have to be perfect the first time you do it.
