Q: What is your goal after graduating form Nossi College of Art & Design? A: After graduating, I want to secure a higher position at my internship. I'm aiming for catering director; I want the opportunity of working both the kitchen and corporate. Once secured, I will start working on my kitchen warehouse business.
Q: Looking back, what is one piece of advice you would give yourself on your first day of art college? A: You have plenty of time to improve as Chef, slow down, learn from others, and all of your opportunities will come to you. We don't have to rush this!!
