Q: What is your goal after graduating from Nossi College of Art & Design?
A: I intend to continue expanding and improving Big Daddy’s Kitchen & Catering LLC. I intend to further my industry growth by obtaining a job as a Food & Beverage Supervisor (Chef de Cuisine) at a thriving downtown hotel.
Q: Looking back, what is one piece of advice you would give yourself on your first day of art college?
A: Stay focused and determined.
