Q: What is your goal after graduating from Nossi College of Art & Design?
A: After graduating from Nossi College of Art & Design, my goal is to open Soundcrust, a fast-casual artisan pizza restaurant that combines high-quality food with an unforgettable customer experience. I plan to apply the culinary, business, and leadership skills I developed at Nossi to build a successful restaurant brand and continue growing it throughout the Nashville area.
Q: Looking back, what is one piece of advice you would give yourself on your first day of art college?
A: I would tell myself to trust the learning process and take advantage of every opportunity to learn from my instructors and classmates. Every class, challenge, and piece of feedback helped build the skills and confidence I needed to prepare for a career in the culinary industry and pursue my goal of opening my own restaurant.
