Jean Leathersich is the Senior Manager of Culinary Commercialization at CKE Restaurants. Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Jean developed a passion for baking at a young age in her home kitchen and took her very first job as a busgirl in a hometown restaurant. Graduating college with a BS in Packaging Science, she was designing food packaging and felt the call to reconnect with her love of food by going back to school to earn Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts degrees at St. Louis Community College Forest Park. After working in the field as a Pastry Chef, Jean joined the CKE Restaurants culinary team, now located locally in Franklin Tenn., and focuses on innovating and commercializing new and exciting products for the brands.
