One of the most sought after parts of being a Culinary student at Nossi College of Art & Design is the annual trip to Italy. Culinary Director, Chef Anthony, long time friend and colleague of Chef Lorenzo Polegri work together to create the perfect culinary trip.
The itinerary is extensive but magical with copious amounts of cooking demonstrations and workshops, trips to farms for buffalo mozzarella, olive oil, and chocolate. Real life experience in a butcher shop, and on the ground of Orvieto hunting for black truffles buried in the ground.
