Culinary student Addison Richmond is still early in the program, but she already knows she loves baking and wants to keep learning everything she can. In Chef Eva’s Pastry Science class, she walked us through making pistachio macarons while sharing what she values most about her experience so far. She talked about the hands on instruction, the supportive chefs, and the chance to grow her skills every single day.

Exploring Five Points with Digital Photography 📸🎨
@tomstanfordphotography took his class to the Five Points area to study color, composition, and the visual rhythm of the neighborhood. Students spent the afternoon shooting the architecture, textures, and street scenes that make this part of Nashville so iconic.

🎬 In Business of Video II, the work starts long before the camera does.
Nossi Video Student @sydsfilmsandstills is giving us a behind the scenes look at what pre-production really looks like in @brandan.media ‘s Business of Videography II class. She walks us through the full pre-production packet she built for a car commercial, including the cover, proposal, concept outline, shot list, look book, color palette, and more.
This is the real work that happens before a single camera rolls, and at Nossi, students are learning how to present that vision to a real client, get everyone aligned on the creative direction, and then bring it to life.

🎨 Fine Art Photography Critiques
In Eric Sutton`s Fine Art Photography class, students are not just taking pictures. They are building a body of work with a theme, a voice, and a story to tell. Halfway through the semester, Eric is pulling up student work on the projector and making sure every image is moving in the right direction. These critiques are about intention, consistency, and developing a creative identity that is entirely your own.
