MCFW @musiccityfoodandwine recap! Our Chefs and Culinary students had the opportunity to volunteer this weekend to represent Nōssi College, a partner of the Music City Food & Wine Festival in Centennial Park with @nashvillescene @us_foods
The Grand Tasting on Saturday where our students got to prepare, plate, and serve a dish to patrons. Additionally, students were able to assist the four incredible local Chefs who were competing in the 16th annual Iron Fork.
