Last month students in our Culinary Arts program got the opportunity to travel to Italy 🇮🇹 to visit Farmer Chef @casale_polegri
🍝 The eight day trip included copious amounts of cooking classes with Chef Lorenzo, workshops with chocolate, visiting a buffalo farm for mozzarella, truffle hunting, wine tastings, butcher shops, walking tours through olive oil trees and many group meals.
