The Business of Photography & Videography I is designed to introduce students to the concepts of running a professional creative business. The course will concentrate on a “creative production company” mindset so graduates are prepared to run either a photography business, a video production company, or a hybrid content-creation studio. Each student will create a Resume, Mission Statement, Elevator pitch, pricing, description of services, Competitive Analysis and a CODB to create a complete Business Plan. We’ll explore the ways you can make money in a breakdown called “Closer Look at the Industry”.
