🌄✨ Jordan Rocque’s Landscape Photography class explored Stephens Gap Cave to capture the beauty of this incredible location.
Students hiked, scouted, and practiced techniques for commercial landscape photography used in resorts, parks, and promotional media. We will share their final images soon, so stay tuned!

Industry Expert Bruce Zick speaks to Nossi Students! 🖌️✨
@brucezick - illustrator, production designer, and comic book artist, visited with our Sequential Illustration class this Tuesday to share some of his work and insights from a five-decade-long career.
Past productions he has worked on include: 🎬 Finding Nemo 🎬 Hercules 🎬 Titan A.E. 🎬 The Iron Giant 🎬 Soy Frankelda (I Am Frankelda)
He has also just released his latest graphic novel, Captain Henry and the Graveyard of Time, from Dark Horse Comics, co-created by Mike Mignola of Hellboy fame. Previous comics include The Zone Continuum, Terminal Point, The Atomic Legion, and many more.

Students in IL 360 Sequential Art are exploring illustration in narrative form. This class focuses on storyboarding for video productions, television commercials, and feature films, as well as the storytelling techniques used in comic books.

🍴✨ 1Table Florence 2025
Chef Russell Ransom and 12 Nossi Culinary students joined the community of Florence, Alabama, for the annual 1Table event, a town‑wide Thanksgiving meal where neighbors come together to share food, conversation, and connection.
From November 4 through November 6, our team helped prepare and serve alongside Jill Larkin of Jill’s Sweet Memories Catering, who has generously provided this meal for years. Together, we cooked and served more than 1,400 people in two days.
This event is a powerful reminder that community is built one meal and one conversation at a time. We are proud of our students and Chef Ransom for being part of such a meaningful tradition.
