🎓 College fair season is in full swing, and Nossi’s bringing the creative energy wherever we go!

🥓✨ Whiskey, bacon, and Nossi Culinary in action!
At the Bacon and Barrel Festival, senior Jeffery Allen repped Fox`s Donut Den with a bourbon maple glazed donut topped with bacon, while @jakobhall638 served up giant New York‑style bacon pizzas from Goodfellas Pizzeria.
From prepping to plating to serving, they brought their A‑game to one of Nashville’s tastiest events. Thank you @eventshatched for inviting us!

🎶🍣 Tuna at the Symphony was an unforgettable night of flavor and artistry!
A 120‑lb tuna from Spain was expertly broken down by Chef @alfredo.buenoo , transformed into stunning tartare, sashimi, and more by Chef @chef_austin_yu , and brought to life with the help of Nossi Culinary talent.
