🎓 College fair season is in full swing, and Nossi’s bringing the creative energy wherever we go!
We loved meeting future artists and storytellers at Tullahoma High School. Our team will be visiting schools across Tennessee through September and October, so keep an eye out. We can’t wait to see you at a fair near you!

🥓✨ Whiskey, bacon, and Nossi Culinary in action!
At the Bacon and Barrel Festival, senior Jeffery Allen repped Fox`s Donut Den with a bourbon maple glazed donut topped with bacon, while @jakobhall638 served up giant New York‑style bacon pizzas from Goodfellas Pizzeria.
From prepping to plating to serving, they brought their A‑game to one of Nashville’s tastiest events. Thank you @eventshatched for inviting us!

🎶🍣 Tuna at the Symphony was an unforgettable night of flavor and artistry!
A 120‑lb tuna from Spain was expertly broken down by Chef @alfredo.buenoo , transformed into stunning tartare, sashimi, and more by Chef @chef_austin_yu , and brought to life with the help of Nossi Culinary talent.
