Nossi College of Art moved locations in the Fall of 2010. For many years, Nossi’s four programs were housed in separated buildings and it was difficult to meet students outside class. NOW, all four programs are housed under one roof! It’s a creative conductor fit for any aspiring artist, whether you are a photographer, graphic designer, illustrator or video enthusiast.
We designed the floor plan to be circular with specific computer labs housed in the center with a full print production studio for our graphic designers. For our photographers, we have two large studio spaces fully equipped to run your own photo shoot. For our students who prefer their pictures in motion, we offer two video studios, one equipped with a green screen, and several, private editing bays. We even have a special anatomy room for our illustration students so they can grasp muscle movement and the art of the human form.
When constructing the new facility, we listened to students and teachers, discovered what their needs were and implemented them. Ever have to carry your art in the rain? Not at Nossi! When you drive in, we have a metal canopy built so students can safely transport their pieces from their car to the building…dry, no matter the weather condition outside!
