Student Activities

The Nossi College of Art student clubs combine creative talents with the Nashville community which result in producing exciting and dynamic art and well rounded artists. The following are some of the projects that club members have participated in:

Nossi Guerillas
The Nossi Guerillas combine students’ artistic talents while participating in fun community events such as the The ICM Awards, Acoustic Christmas, Tomato Art Festival, Wilson County Fair and the American Lung Association’s Walk for Air. The students not only get to use their skills but also learn guerilla marketing tactics that can be used after graduation in their jobs.
Kappa Pi
Kappa Pi is the most distinguished fraternity in the art community. While it is named a fraternity it welcomes both male and female students. After a student has completed 12 semester hours and has a 3.0 GPA they may present their portfolio to the committee for entrance to the organization in the Fall semester and once approve will be initiated via a ceremony.
Student Leadership Program
Is a four tier leadership program that is open to students after their 1st semester and have a 3.5 GPA or higher. These students participate in new student orientations, are peer mentors, help with tutoring, assist with planning community service projects, and network with local business professionals.
